Washway Car Wash (“Washway,” “we,” “us”), 3509 W 4th St, Greeley, CO 80634, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our offer pages, sign up for a free wash, buy a membership or receive our messages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address and mobile phone number when you claim an offer; and, if you join a membership or trial, your billing details and vehicle information.
- Payment information: card payments are handled by our membership and payment providers. Washway does not store your full card number.
- Visit and redemption information: when you redeem a voucher or wash as a member, we record the visit and the wash package used.
- Website information: our pages use cookies and similar tools, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to see which ads and pages people respond to. These tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions taken (such as submitting a form or starting checkout).
How we use it
- To send your free wash voucher and reminders.
- To set up, bill and manage your membership or free trial, and to tell you about changes to it.
- To send offers and news about Washway by text and email, if you’ve agreed. You can opt out anytime.
- To measure and improve our advertising and pages.
- To answer your questions, prevent fraud and voucher misuse, and meet legal requirements.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and consent, we’ll send automated texts about your voucher, membership and offers. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with the service providers that deliver our messages, only to provide that service.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our membership, voucher and messaging platform (Nautilus), payment processors, website hosting, and email and text delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, through the pixel described above, to measure and improve our ads.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Washway, our customers or others.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Cookies and ads: you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings.
- Access, correction and deletion: contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We may keep some records where the law requires (for example, payment records).
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you’re a customer or subscriber and for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our offers are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date.
