These terms apply to offers, memberships and messages from Washway Car Wash (“Washway,” “we,” “us”), 3509 W 4th St, Greeley, CO 80634. By claiming an offer, buying a membership or signing up for messages, you agree to these terms.

1. Free wash offer

• The free wash is one Supercharge wash, our top single-wash package (a $24 value).
• New customers only. One free wash per person and per vehicle.
• Your voucher code is sent by text message to the mobile number you enter. It is valid only at Washway Car Wash, 3509 W 4th St, Greeley, CO.
• The voucher has no cash value, can’t be exchanged for cash or credit, and can’t be combined with other offers. It may not be sold or transferred.
• No purchase is required to claim or redeem the free wash.
• We may end or change this offer at any time. Vouchers already issued will be honored until their stated expiration, if any.

2. First-month offer (single-wash price)

• New members can join any Unlimited Wash Club plan and pay that plan’s single-wash price for the first month: Supercharge $24, Turbo Wash $20, Sport Wash $16, Basic Wash $10.
• After the first month, your membership renews automatically every month at the plan’s regular price (Supercharge $39/mo, Turbo Wash $34/mo, Sport Wash $28/mo, Basic Wash $22/mo), plus any applicable taxes, until you cancel.
• Available online only, to new members only (people who have not previously held a Washway membership), one per customer.
• This is a limited-time offer and may end or change at any time. Your price at sign-up applies to your first month.

3. 2-week free trial

• New members can try an Unlimited Wash Club membership free for 14 days. A valid payment card is required to start the trial.
• Automatic conversion: unless you cancel before your 14-day trial ends, your membership automatically continues and your card is charged the regular monthly price of the plan you selected ($22–$39/mo depending on plan), plus any applicable taxes. It then renews monthly until you cancel.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• One free trial per customer and per vehicle. Not available to current or previous members.
• We may end or change this offer at any time. Trials already started will be honored.

4. Membership & billing

• An Unlimited Wash Club membership gives you unlimited washes on your plan’s package, during business hours, at Washway Car Wash, Greeley.
• Each membership covers one vehicle registered to your account. Memberships can’t be shared between vehicles.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your card on file each month on your billing date until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may pause your membership until it’s updated.
• There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
• We may change membership prices or plan features. We’ll notify you by email or text before a price change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
• Washes may be limited by weather, maintenance or equipment issues. Short closures do not extend or refund a billing period.

5. How to cancel

• Cancel anytime online in your Washway account at nautilus-app.com/c/washway/p, or call us at (970) 515-5210 during business hours.
• Cancelling stops all future charges. Your membership stays active through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t give refunds for partial months.
• To avoid being charged after a free trial, cancel before the trial ends.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your wash, let a team member know before you leave, or contact us, and we’ll re-wash your vehicle free of charge.

7. Text messages and email

• By submitting a Washway form, you authorize Washway Car Wash to send you recurring automated marketing and informational text messages and emails, including your voucher code, reminders, offers and membership information, to the number and address you provide.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call (970) 515-5210. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

8. Vehicle care

• Please follow posted instructions and our team’s directions when entering the conveyor.
• Remove or secure loose or aftermarket items before washing (for example antennas, bike racks, cargo boxes, mirrors and loose trim). Washway is not responsible for damage to loose, damaged or aftermarket parts, or to pre-existing damage.
• If you believe our equipment damaged your vehicle, tell us before leaving the property so we can review it with you.

9. General

• We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its “last updated” date.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
